In addition, we have a pool of around thirty teachers, assistants and technicians who support our work on and off stage.

Creative Outreach & Inclusion Assistant
(12-month internship)

£25,207, full time

YATI is looking for someone passionate about the arts and working with communities to assist with the smooth running of our creative outreach department. This is a great opportunity to work within our locality, creating opportunities for everyone to access the arts regardless of background or income. This role is a paid 12-month internship supported by the Jack Petchey Foundation that includes development support and mentoring.

Development Manager
£32,000 pro rata
part time, 2 days/week

YATI is seeking an experienced and highly driven fundraiser to join our small, dynamic team based in North London, raising funds to dramatically change young people's lives.
