Dear Members, Parents & Friends
With the announcement that schools are to reopen on the 8th March I know many of you will be wondering what plans we have here at YATI HQ.
Rather than returning to the building in the middle of a half term we will be delaying the start of in person classes until the summer term. There are two main reasons for this – firstly we believe caution is the best policy, we do not have the resources to test members and staff weekly, and the health of members and teachers is paramount. Secondly we want to ensure that when we do reopen we can offer classes to the maximum number of members in the safest way possible.
This term ends on Thursday 1st April and the summer term begins Friday 16th April.
We do hope to be able to offer some exciting in person courses over the Easter holidays so do keep an eye out for news about these.
We are using this closure to kick start a major refurbishment of the building and you will see some fairly dramatic changes when you return. I promise it will be worth the wait!
In the meantime thank you for sticking with us and making our Zoom classes the huge success they are. Together we are getting through this and it really won’t be long until we are all treading the boards at YATI once more.
Love and best wishes from Andrew and all the amazing YATI team. XXX
