2. Create your own online account.
3. Trial classes run at the beginning of each term or half-term. Come to try the class and if you love it, then join for at least a half-term or more (from only £53!). If you do not want to stay you have nothing to pay. For details of our fees click here

OCT HALF TERM GLEE CLUB

For half term we will be running the ever-popular GLEE CLUB. A pop-song/musical theatre/mash-up/story telling/harmonising/acting/dancing week long adventure! This is one of our most popular workshops where members create a devised show for the end of the week for family and friends so book early to avoid disappointment. Autumn term brings one of the biggest events in the YATI calendar, our Christmas Show!  I can’t reveal yet what it is going to be (other than very exciting!) as we need to first secure permission to stage it.  Auditions will be held on 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 September with recalls on 27

We are running two ACTING FOR CAMERA Workshops this summer, one for Juniors (6-11 years) and one for Seniors and Adults (12+ years) Great acting is great acting and great actors can excel on both stage and screen.  But there are differences between the two crafts.  Come and see for yourself how you come across

Niall Hemingway

Niall trained at The Courtyard Theatre Training Company and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Acting. Theatre credits include MICHAEL in A very Special Guest Star at The Arcola, GLUGG in The Prince at The Arts Theatre Leicester Square, CLAUDE in The Trimark Hotel (workshop), SAMMY SAX in Saucy Jack And The Space Vixens, UNDERSTUDY

Zhenya Leverett – STAGE COMBAT

Zhenya is a Certified Teacher with the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. She has taught workshops across the UK, in Germany and the USA. Zhenya trained in Drama and Theatre Arts at Ulyanovsk State University, Russia. Zhenya has recently appeared in BBC’s Killing Eve.

Toto Bruin

Toto has taught at YATI for many years across acting and dance. Originally a member, she is showing the path to the next generation

Asha Cornelia Cluer

Asha trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has worked for The Royal Court, Bristol Festival of Ideas. She loves clowning, physical theatre, Shakespeare, and sword fighting!

Rob Leonard

Rob Leonard is a Certified Teacher with the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. He has taught workshops across the UK, in Germany and the USA. Rob was also resident stage combat tutor at the Italia Conti and currently teaches at RADA.

Gordon Faith

Gordon Faith has been teaching voice and speech since the glory days of the BBC and enjoys his work as much today as he ever has. His extensive background as a professional actor and radio broadcaster makes his experience and skill base rare commodities indeed.

Susannah Gidley

Susannah has over 10 years experience teaching singing in schools, theatre schools, early learning centres and privately. Susannah’s extensive teaching experience includes Stagecoach, Musical Mayhem, Spencer Stage School, Theatretrain.

Derek Oppong

Derek first trained at Identity, and has enjoyed a career on both stage and screen. Derek leads acting classes, acting for camera and the film making course.

Lee White

Lee trained at E15, Arts Educational and continues to train and teach internationally in puppetry, clowning, impro and script writing.

Andrew Harries

Notable alumni of Andrew’s teaching methods are Asa Butterfield and Ella Purnell, both of whom have successful Hollywood careers starring in films alongside Samuel L. Jackson, Gary Oldman, Harrison Ford, Eva Green and many more.

Yvonne Morely – VOICE

Yvonne was Head of the Voice Department for the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art which included working with writers and a range of directors. Yvonne is an associate artist with both the RSC and NT.

Steve Brownlie – MOVEMENT

Steve has worked as actor in theatre, film and television across the UK and internationally.

He teaches at a number of the UK’s leading drama schools including RADA, Mountview, Drama Studio London, Arts Ed and LAMDA. Steven specialises in mask, chorus, animal studies and transformation.

Lanre Malaolu – DANCE

Lanre is an actor who has worked extensively in theatre and television including The RSC, The Globe, and The Royal Court. Television includes: BBC, Channel 4, and ITV.

Jonathan Woolfe

Jonathan trained at Drama Centre London, and has worked as an actor since he was 8 years old. He teaches at Shakespeare’s Globe and has worked at the RSC, National Theatre… Shared Experience, Young Vic and many more.

Eleanor Dillon-Reams

Eleanor trained at East 15 and is a long standing teacher at YATI. Winner of The Stage’s award for Acting Excellence with HellBent Theatre’s sell-out show UKIP THE MUSICAL; now both a writer and performer.

Mercy Ojelade

Mercy was a member of YATI and has worked professionally for over ten years and has toured internationally.

Joey Jarossi

Joey became a member of YATI at the age of 8 and he finds it’s an exciting and diverse place to work.

Talia Cohen

Talia’s been part of YATI for 15 years. She’s delighted to be part of a theatre that inspired her and continues to do so.
